Tap the address bar icon in Safari
Look for the page settings icon on the left side of the address bar in Safari.

Select "Manage Extensions"
A menu will appear — tap Manage Extensions to see all your installed extensions.

Toggle Tera on
Find Tera in the list and toggle it on. Tap "Always Allow on Every Website" when prompted.
